STORE POLICY

About Return Policy

Our handmade products adhere to NON RETURN POLICY. We don´t accept any return, excepting damaged or defective products.

To start a return, you can contact us at hyo6014@naver.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

If there is any damage issue on our product, let us know in 2 weeks. We have a 2-weeks return policy, which means you have 2 weeks after receiving your item to request a change of the damaged product.

Exchanges

Our products are 1:1 ordering. In other words, when an order comes in, the designer is sticking to the artisanal way of making it right away. Therefore, in principle, neither exchange nor refund is possible, but if there is any issue with the condition of the product, we will exchange it for a bag of a different color or the same color.
